International Scientific Seminar of Smart Urban Nature research center
The Research center «Smart technologies for sustainable development of the urban environment in the global change» Agrarian and Technological Institute RUDN University organizes an international scientific seminar «Zaryadye park: from environmental monitoring towards sustainable management», which will be held on February 15, 2023. The event will take place online on the Microsoft Teams platform.
Zaryadye is a park that was created by an international team in the center of Moscow on the site of the former Hotel “Rossiya”. The uniqueness of the project is determined by the concept of recreating the landscapes of the main climatic zones on 10 hectares in the center of the metropolis and its construction technologies, since the park is actually a green roof. During the seminar, experts and participants will discuss the features of the park as a unique natural and anthropogenic body from the standpoint of natural sciences.
