The Research center «Smart technologies for sustainable development of the urban environment in the global change» Agrarian and Technological Institute RUDN University organizes an international scientific seminar «Environmental pollution by hydrocarbons: advances in monitoring, assessment and remediation», which will be held on October 03-05.
With the constant improvement of people’s living standards, great efforts are being made to protect the environment. Among the environmental problems, soil pollution with hydrocarbons is of widespread concern due to the persistence and complexity of the decomposition of pollutants. Among various reclamation technologies, technologies for improving microbiological reclamation in situ have become an urgent problem due to their low cost, environmental friendliness and availability in situ. The international scientific seminar will be devoted to several technologies of microbiological reclamation in situ, as well as their engineering applications. In addition, research directions in this area will be discussed.
